We do both turnkey and unit pricing depending on the size of the project.
However, most of our jobs are unit-priced because that is the preference of most
contractors. Our unit pricing includes all masonry equipment
needed to complete any project we select for bid. We are fully insured and
equipped with a LULL, forklift, skidsteer, dump truck, saws, adjustable
scaffolding, Scorpion grout pump, mixers, etc. that allows us to get the job
completed with less headache to the general contractor. We also price our jobs
for completion meaning that we don't throw out lowball prices just to get the
job partially completed. Our bids factor in the cost for difficult work as
well. Therefore you can be rest assured that we will finish any project we
